A highly experienced macro social worker,advocate and administrator,Mirlande co-founded the 501(c)(3)charity Eritaj (Heritage)Foundation (www.eritajfoundation.org)in the year 2000 to strengthen Haitian institutions and decrease poverty in the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Eritaj promotes human service development through research and advocacy via it ’s offices in Framingham,Massachusetts and Port-au-Prince,Haiti.
