Italian musician who lives in Rome, Italy.
Played electric guitar with an italian rock band in the 90’s, released a Cd and toured Italy for several years playing something like a thousand gigs.
Switched to acoustic guitar at the end of the 90’s and usually plays live alone and with italian singer Gina Fabiani; they perform as KozmicBlues (acoustic duo), in 2004 they released their first Cd “Just Another Night†produced by www.fingerpicking.net performing at the Pistoia Blues Festival (opening for Alvin Lee, John Mayall, Stevie Winwood).
First and only italian player on Martin’s Guitars official website (under Famous Martin Owners), he endorses Elixir strings.
“Truss Roads†(2003), is his first solo acoustic guitar work, it’s selling all over the world, contains some originals and some arrangements, standard tuning, open tuning, with and without thumbpick, and fingers only. Recordings for the new album already started.
In 2000 transcribed Tommy Emmanuel’s “Only†and Tommy wanted the tabs to be on his website for almost two years (one was used by german magazine “Akustik Gitarreâ€).
Daniele performed in Usa (Nashville CAAS 2001, 2003, 2004), France (Festival de la Guitare de Issoudun 2004), Croatia (Zagreb Street Festival), Uk and Wales (2004), and in 2005 has been guest at the International Classical Guitar Competition in Hermoupolis, Greece. 2006 performances include The Netherlands, Germany, Croatia.
Collaborates with the most important italian guitar magazine, Chitarre, and is one of the authors of the “Enciclopedia of Guitars and Great Guitarists†published in Italy.
In 2006 releases his second album, called "Daniele Bazzani".
