Music is and always will be the absolute essence of mind and body to me and those that are closest to me, musically and otherwise. The experience from the music that is within me comes from one entity of life and God himself. Being inspired by and through the forces and yet becoming one with the elements. Music has always taught me to always be the best that I can be mentally, physically, musically and spiritually.
All because of reggae rock blues then a little jazz and some country music and artists like Bob Marley, Miles Davis and Sade after all music is the food of love.
