Hi. My name is David Marcelle. I've been involved in the martial
arts for over 29 years. In addition to the many katas and self-
defence techniques that I've learned over the years, I've also
learned many great body conditioning exercises. These exercises
have kept me physically fit over the years. They have also
enhanced my coordination and have given me a youthful vigor.
People who meet me for the first time are surprised to discover that
I am presently 41 years old.
I have prepared some of these exercises for you and I'm
confident that if you do them at least three times a week, you too
