Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee Adam got involved in music at an early age. Later he moved to Texas and has lived in Houston and Austin. He has been writing songs since he was a kid and has hundreds of original compositions. One can hear the influence of Tennessee and Texas in his writing style. Some more personal influences are Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, U2, The Beatles, The Doors, John Mellencamp and many more. While living in Austin he played with a band called Lonely Child in which he composed for, sang lead/back up, and played bass. They achieved regional success and toured Texas, Wisconsin and the UK. Austin is also where he was introduced to blues and jam style bands. He has taken that influence into some of his own songwriting as well. He has also toured with and been the bass player, on occasion, for blues singer/songwriter/guitarist Tracy Conover.
While in Houston he has recorded and produced three solo CDs at the historic and legendary Sugarhill Studios with talented producer/engineer Dan Workman and John Griffin. He began to form Jango Rhythm in 2001.
