Bill was raised in a little village in Clamtown Pa. He gives much credit to his mother Anna for all the inspiration she gave him with his music ,and song writing. His mother bought him a guitar for Christmas when he was very young and provided lessons. His love for music continued too grow throughout the years. He thanks her much for keeping his recording when they were not very good. His daughter Lori is featured on track 11 of this cd with her sweet, strong, high range voice. He thanks her for the time well spent in the recording room. Some of Bill's songs were inspired as follows: (Just Think'n About Christmas was inspired waiting for the arrival of his daughter coming home for Christmas. (My Photo Album) was written for his wife Cindy after the loss of there son Billy at a young age. Bill played many times with his son Billy and will always keep him in his thoughts and prayers.
Bill had much inspiration keeping him going with his music and song writing coming from a family of 8 sisters ,and one brother constantly supporting his playing. A successful local band, lead by Bill kept him busy for approx. 15 years. playing local taverns, wedding receptions and camp grounds. Having fullfiled his dream of having a band he is now ready to pursue his dream of creating his own songs. Bill played solo at Zion's Stone Church in Snyders Pa. playing some of the old country gospel songs. He enjoys playing and singing at his church. Coming from the trucking industry helped Bill with his song writing of some songs. One of the songs is (Black Burn'n Betty) about a truck driving lady. Bill is looking forward to his up coming Christmas CD intitled (Blue Mountain Christmas) and hopes to have it for sale in the fall of 2003. all Bill's music was recorded seperately by him on bass, drums, guitar, etc. The song (Golden Oldie Days) was inspired by the way the world changed thoughout the years.
