When he's not touring, Hank lives and writes music from his base in Sturgis, South Dakota. Hank also directs his creative talent to photography, mixed media, and the martial arts.

Born into an Air Force family with stops in Florida, Washington DC, Hawaii, Detroit, Virginia, and Guatemala City. College in Georgia, more travel to California, Washington, and Colorado before finally settling in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
With Styles ranging from Western Swing, Bluegrass, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Pop, and Rock.
Hank's various bands have included the Lonesome Prairie Playboys, Red Willow Band, R&B Supply, Sherman & the Waybacks, The Shades, Hank & Christy, D.D. & the Fayrohs, and solo work.
Hank continues to tour and occasionally shows his artwork (photography & multimedia) and has a catalog of over 400 songs.
