The Next Motley Crue? They Just had to be right? Sadly it didn't happen. The Bang Gang just happened to be one of those bands that should have been huge, yet fate decreed that they simply would go down in the glam rock history books for imploding after one album. But what an album! "Love Sells" was a bad ass, nasty, sleazy and sexy as it was commercial.

Although based in Los Angeles The Bang Gang were Seattle boys through and through. Maybe that's what set them a part from the rest.

Scott Earl and Kjartan Kristoffersen were both in Seattle metal bands Culprit and TKO. "Love Sells" would be the seemingly first and last time we would here from this group describe by Rock Scene magazine as "the next Guns n' Roses." Until now.

"Vanity Kills" was to be the bands second album. A compilation of demos that illustrate what type of sounds the band was going to make on its sophomore release. With songs like "The Hands of Fate" "Exotic Lover" and the monumental closer "Emotional" it does make you wonder, "What if?"

Enjoy!
