EggCream, (formerly known as Egg Cream Revival), has been in existence since 1975. They had made over a thousand appearances and had delighted audiences over a 13 year period. Their "back-by-popular-demand" performances had kept them busy throughout the years. The mixture of intriguing harmonies and arrangements, comedy routines, and clever and humorous costumes that they used back then, added to their popularity. Although they worked mainly in the tri-state area and along the east coast, this NYC based group was also known throughout parts of the country because of the well-known resorts they had worked at which consisted of audiences that were from all over the United States. As for the members, they all have been close friends since childhood. Although they went their separate ways in the late 80's, and some of them onto successful musical careers, four of them got together again to record a very creative and pleasant album with a style reminiscent of some of the 4-man groups of the 40's and 50's. Leaving behind their silly outfits and routines and on a more serious note, this album was created in memory of two of their dearly missed brothers. They are Tommy Morgello and Frankie Bianculli who were also group members as well as great talents. So, from Ron Leone, Scott LaChance, Bobby Tramutra, and Patty Bello, this album is a gift from the heart to their deeply missed buddies.
