Alejandro started playing the piano at age 13.

He began to compose almost immediately.

He was always encouraged by his instructors to pursue his "gift", but he kept his first love on the back burner to pursue other interest in the arts, yet he always kept composing his life through his piano.

After receiving a scholarship to attend CALARTS for acting he decided to attend the school of music there also.

He met Brian Pezzone who he admired and began to study independently with him.

Here are some of Alejandro's compositions from the last ten years.

His style is very unique, every composition different from the last.

Some of his Favorite composers of piano music are Scriabin, Chopin, Beethovan and Rachmaninoff to name of few.

He also greatly admires Bach as a composer and his use of counterpoint.

Music, he says, should be free from the constraints of a genre.

The composer should be able to use whatever colors he so chooses and not be confined by lines.

Dreamer was recorded on February 22, 2002 at Master Tracks Studio in Santa Barbara, Ca. on a 7ft Yamaha Grand.

Today Alejandro is an award winning filmmaker who composes the music for his own films.
