Gutted, released in 1995 was Loyd's inaugural CD.
Gutted garnered respect for containing heaviness that metal fans relish but at the same time adding distinctive embellishments that seek to inspire a new genera of instrumental music.
A three piece band, featuring Greg Gall of Six Feet Under, lay down a corrosive rhythmic fury while demented harmonies, lush exotic motifs and outside the key playing contribute too the overall feel.
