I was born in 1975 and raised in Southern
California as the youngest of four siblings.
I developed an interest in playing guitar in
1992 when I was about sixteen. I learned
the basics on an Ibanez electric that was
handed down from my brother and
eventually grew very passionate about
playing. As a beginner my inspiration was
drawn from bands such as Metallica,
Led Zeppelin, Megadeth, Aerosmith,
Boston and many other rock and metal bands. I began
writing my own music after about a year of playing. I bought
a drum machine and a small 4-track recorder and soon
after was finally able to put together some decent sounding
demo's. Over the years I eventually assembled a semi-
professional recording studio, which I now operate out of my
home. My first album "Beyond Obsession" is essentially a
collection of the first songs I wrote. These were all re-
recorded for the album and styled as instrumental pieces.
This album is my first attempt at instrumental music, I plan
to include some vocal tracks on my next album. I still reside
in Orange County California with my wife Jennifer and
newborn daughter Emily. Although I am working fulltime I
have stayed true to my love for music and I am currently
working on my second album due for release at the end of
2005.
