With their millennial mentality in check, F.I.X. blends many styles with their own to create a sound like no other. These styles include, but are not limited to: grind core, industrial, rock, and metal to new age, trip-hop, techno, Goth, and funk. F.I.X. thrives on intense human emotion and feeling to create moods of searing aggression and deep passion, which is evident in their live performance. Their formula of electronics, crushing guitar, processed bass, and guitar noise tricks, combined with the harsh lyrics of reality, breeds an innovative sound that knows no limits of direction or style. Their live performance feeds off pure energy from within to create an atmosphere where the audience feels free to dance, mosh, or lose themselves in a trance. F.I.X. have two mind-blowing c.d.'s under their belt. 'Rusted Room', recorded and mixed at Reflections Sound Studio in Charlotte, N.C. by Tracy Schroder, was released in early 99. Their second self-titled trip in their world was recorded and mixed at O.D.D. studios in Colfax, N.C. by Joe Potts. It was released in August of 00 and has been attacking the airwaves in N.C. on such radio stations as 94.5, 106.5, and local college stations. They are also becoming increasingly popular in the rave scene. Taking their original material to a new level with live dance remixes while throwing out an intense stage presence that you will just have to move to. Since 1998, F.I.X. has been and continues to reach people through their sound in reputable and underground venues while performing with local and regional acts as well as making a name for themselves in the rave scene.
