Born in Colombia, the change in culture brought about a significant change in the style and sound of Carlos Daniels who through his new album on his native language titled ?Misiles De Amor? (Missiles Of Love), Daniels mixes R&B, dance, funky and ballads complemented with a hot Latin flavour and his particular voice.
BIOGRAPHY
Carlos Daniels, born in Colombia, Latin America, was just a teenager singing in his native city before he moved to US.
This raising Latin singer was educated in a community of Jesuit priests, singing for them, teachers and classmates at a young age. His voice was always present in radio contests, festivals, T.V contests, local and national events in Colombian cities and at the age of 15 became winner of more than 10 festivals and competitions. Daniels always performed songs from Latin star Ricardo Montaner, one the most successful songwriters and singer in the Latin music industry.
While in high school Carlos studied drama and theater and at 12 he was traveling all over Colombia as part of the casting for local plays and dance groups. Soon he was performing local in his native city Barranquilla and other cities sharing the stage with national acts including the now multiplatinum singer Shakira.
Now Carlos Daniels brings you the other side of the Latin music you haven?t heard yet.Influenced by R&B, pop and dance and incorporating elements of his Latin roots like congas and trumpets this Colombian is ready to show the world his craft.
