The incredible knowledge and ability on Congas/percussion makes Arturo Stable one of the most on demand percussionist in the greatest Boston area.
Born in Santiago de Cuba, Arturo grew up surrounded by Cuban rhythms, listening to Tata Guines and Pello el Afrokan. He also acquired a love for diverse music styles, from Classical to Jazz while studing percussion at the National Concervatory of Cuba Amadeo Roldan.
By 1993, Arturo moved to Mexico where he explored different musical styles such as Flamenco, Rock and a variety of South American rhythms.
His remarkable enthusiasm and talent granted him a Scholarchip to pursue a second degree at Berklee College of Music in the Contemporary Writing and Production major.
Since living in the US, Arturo has become a very active musician, performing at prestigious venues and sharing the stage with renown artists such as Victor Mendoza, Giovanni Hidalgo, Tony Perez, Jane Bunett, Charles flores among others.
