In September 1994 the guitarist Eugene Montenero and the saxophonist Moreno Helmy founded "bconnected" At this period, nobody could have conceived that the group was going to celebrate 11 years of career in 2005! Six records later, many tours in Asia and Europe, bconnected secures a place from now on recognized near the European jazz and Asian large stages... The jazz influence although always present, is made nevertheless more discrete with the profit tendences of funk music and electro jazz.
The band was enriched with five other talented musicians who all brought a personnal touch : Stéphane Péchoux (drums) Marco Giovannetti (bass) Dominique Favre (piano-keyboard-sampling) Pascal Walpen (Trumpet) Jean-Daniel Ciccone (percussions & electro PAD).
