he then had top ten albums (french kiss, three hearts) on capitol records in the mid-seventies.
his song "hypnotized", from fleetwood mac's "mystery to me" album , recently won an ascap award for 25 consecutive years of airplay around the world.
his songs, "sentimental lady" "ebony eyes" and "precious love" are still favorites on classic rock stations.
bob lives in nashville, and had recently had songs on kenny rogers and bruce channels albums.
His song "Future Games" was featured in "Almost Famous" , Cameron Crowes rock-history film.
"Sentimental Lady" was recently in the Jack Nicholsen film ,
"About Schmidt"
Bob writes a column for "artistpro magazine.
His new cd, "bob welch looks at bop"..."the x- fleetwood mac man's tribute to be-bop" is a heartfelt tribute to "be-bop" , the post swing-era 1940's music which is a favorite of bobs.

One Way Records ; "Bob Welch ; His Fleetwood Mac Years And Beyond". CD is 14 re-creations of Fleetwood Mac and solo album repetoire plus 1 new song. CD includes 16 pgs of liner notes by Bob. A signed edition will also be availible.
Tracks include a 9 minute version of "Oh Well Pts 1&2"
"Church" "Emerald Eyes" , "Hypnotized" etc. 65 + minutes total time .
