Another unknown legend made known by Alias Alaise.

Featuring Crystal Island - The envisioned Rainbow Island that civilized early man.

The music of Tanazeza explains The Ancient Story of France, which represents the true story of how France started.

PROGRAM NOTES

It was common in those early days of man to communicate using universally understandable signs and sounds because there was no developed language.

The teller of this story was the son of a father who was the first trainer and seller of horses. Trained horses made hunting much easier, but some used his horses for thievery.

The StoryTeller explains how he escaped to an envisioned rainbow island safe from the thieves that constantly chased him and how he met Tanazeza.

During one chase after being seriously wounded he decides to follow his dream, reaches the sea at night and crosses over to the mythical island.

Hoping to be discovered by someone who can heal his cuts, he reaches the rock at the top of the island where he sleeps and dreams he is dead.

Tanazeza who by sea escaped to this island often checks the highest island rock to see if her island web delivered a desirable man to her.

She spies her man and fixes his wounds and stays with him until his heart beats with hers.

Later Tanazeza awakens him and puts him back to sleep only ensuring him with hardly understandable words that she will return.

The StoryTeller awakens. He realizes that he is alive and hopes that he will meet the girl in his dream who healed him while slowly falling back to sleep.

Tanazeza returns to awaken her still sleeping man and quietly names the StoryTeller with part of her name.

That is the way Tanazeza met her man and the StoryTeller became known as Tana.

They built their home there at the highest island rock. It was like magic, because they never died. They did grow old of course, and die, but their crystal water beings never did. When they got old, before death, they would promise to return, and their spirits always did. Tanazeza would return to Tana, and Tana would return to Tanazeza.

Their Crystal Island home grew very much. Rock by rock it grew, keeping the old rock at the top, the family grew downward to the sea. Tanazeza and Tana thought that they were the happiest people on earth and they probably were.

It could have gone on that way forever, but their Secret Island life became known on the mainland. Some visited the island; others tried to invade it. To end the invasions Tanazeza traveled more and more to the mainland to teach others how the Island Civilization worked and that is how France started.
