Sheer recently released a compact disc of all original music entitled "Dreamer" and performs on a regular basis at coffee shops, book stores, festivals and other events in Central Ohio. Listed below are a few newspaper reviews.
**Suburban news - The 14 songs in the second set were crafted in the commercial pop style, usually never longer than four minutes, with good structure and resolution. Sheer sang tunes she has recently recorded. Sheer may be
a relative newcomer age-wise, but she is no rookie.
**Columbus Alive - The disc features a variety of tunes-- placid and aggressive, empowered and subjugated--on that seminal topic of interpersonal relations.
**Columbus Dispatch - Sheer's theatrical voice sound a bit like Debbie Gibson's but don't expect to hear fluff like Shake you Love.
**Sentinel-Tribune - The critera for selecting groups is not necessarily name-recognition. We're really looking for any kind of musical performance as long as it is original and creative. The community commons stage will feature a
variety of acoustic music, such as singer songwriter Anna
Sheer.
